I'm happy to say more and more teachers have been signing up to get web pages on the school site. The Science Dept. continues to lead the way in this effort though Tim Dunbar and the Math Dept. deserve praise for their recent efforts. Check out the Durfee staff website directory to see who is putting in the extra effort to improve communication with students, parents and the community.
As work continues on the new computer labs in the IMC, progress is also being made toward the offering of distance learning classes. Tim Harper of RPS will be making a presentation to interested parties on Nov. 1, after which plans to train interested staff will commence.
