Much to the delight of nine ELA teachers, eno Boards with fixed projectors and Hovercam document cameras were installed in their classrooms. Hopefully, in the near future, the same can be done for other ELA staff. All seemed excited about the prospects of using their new technology.
I'm also pleased with the move by some teachers to augment their lessons through the use of Moodle. Some staff members have been seeking out this training so they can find new and interesting ways for their students to learn.
Glogster has also started to take off. A host of teachers have been taking their classes to the computer labs to try out this fun and creative method for learning. Check my Durfee webpage for a video about Crystal Soares' class using Glogster.
