Google Apps Revisted

Now that the vast majority of our students have Google Apps accounts, teachers can now employ its power to help them deliver valuable lessons. Its collaborative properties make for a great way to have students do group assignments and gives the teacher the ability to keep track of what is being done and by whom.

For help with this I am available before school daily and after school on Mondays and Tuesdays.  I am also available during prep periods and department heads may also want to use common planing time to help teachers learn to incorporate these important tools into their lessons.

On another note, there are two new computer labs available. One has been set aside for use by the Health Department but if it is available, may be used by others. To check on the availability of the labs, contact Kim Lavoie in the IMC. Again, if you have any questions regarding the best way to use the labs, feel free to contact me.
