EDpuzzle

Another very useful tool that can be used for Blended Learning or a Flipped Classroom is Edpuzzle. Similar to Playposit (formerly eduCanon), EDpuzzle allows teachers to embed questions into videos. These interactive videos help teachers know if the students are understanding the concepts being presented.

Questions can be open-ended, multiple choice or students can comment. Also, teachers are able to narrate the videos or leave audio notes for students to listen to during the video. EDpuzzle will auto grade multiple choice questions and teachers are able to give partial credit for answers. There is also a section where students can be assigned projects. They will search for a video and create a presentation according to the teacher's directions.

Another excellent feature is that everything can be integrated with Google Classroom. Teachers can simply add their Google Classrooms without the need to create separate classes and log-ins. The assignments can be posted to the Stream page of the Google Classroom for easy access by the students.
